We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Changed your mind?

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This is your right under EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any original packaging intact.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns should be sent to our studio in The Netherlands. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Received the wrong or a faulty item?

If your item arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong product, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
We kindly ask that you send us a photo of the issue (e.g. damage or defect) so we can assess and resolve it quickly.
If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
